Home Workout Stretching Routine –

20 Minute Stretch Routine:


Ek chhota sa routine bata doonga jo ki yaar 20 minute ka hone wala hai. Aap log agar daily ka 20 minute follow karte ho to sufficient hone wala hai. Chalo main routine bata deta hoon:

  • Shoulder Roll Out – Matlab roll karna hai na. Aur yeh aap log ko 30 se lekar 40–50 second ka karna hai.

  • Neck Stretch – Isko bhi aap log ko 30 se lekar 60 second tak hold karna hai.

  • Stage Stretch – Isko aap logon ko 1 se 2 minute tak karna hai.

  • Cobra Stretch – Yeh bhi 1 se 2 minute tak karna hai.

  • Child Pose – Isme bhi aap log ko 1 se 2 minute rehna hai.

  • Standing Side Stretch – Yeh kaafi zyada important hota hai. Aur yeh bhi aap log ko 40 second se lekar 1 minute tak karna hai.

Itna sa karoge to aapka routine complete ho jaayega 20 minute ka. Ek session me rehne wala hai. Isko aap logon ko daily follow karna padega, tab tak aap log apna body ko flexible bana sakte ho achhe tareeke se.
